A comment that Ashbet made on the last blog post made me realise that it wasn’t clear which Empress I meant in the snippet I posted. Which led to me wondering what would happen if Kallisty married Zashera. I came to the conclusion that while at least the sex would be good, it would lead in short order to Kadia having to have words with John on the subject of ‘Yes, I realise you want to avenge the death of your best friend, but your best friend was eaten by a tyrannosaur’.
